Hi, I’m Duvae. I’ve always believed there’s something special about the way a beautiful space can make you feel. It’s that feeling—that emotional connection you have the moment you step inside—that has always drawn me to interior design and, ultimately, to Finely Home.

 

I first stepped into this little San Marcos shoppe on a rainy Friday afternoon, and immediately understood why it had become such a beloved part of the community. Meeting Deon, Finely Home’s founder, felt like one of those moments of divine timing—the kind that reminds you you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

I feel incredibly blessed to carry forward the beautiful legacy she created while adding a new chapter of my own. For me, Finely Home has never been simply about owning a store. It’s about honoring the heart that was already here, creating spaces that make people feel something, and continuing to make Finely Home a place where beauty, home & community come together.

 

At Finely Home Interiors, my approach to design is rooted in livable elegance — spaces that feel timeless, layered, and personal. I’m drawn to natural textures, classic details, and pieces that tell a story. Whether you’re starting fresh or reimagining a space you already love, my goal is to guide you through every step of the process: from inspiration and floor plans to finishes, custom furnishings, and the final styling that makes a house feel like home.
